Scott has helped businesses navigate through the ever-changing landscape of media consumption for more than a decade. Advertising, he believes, is simple. Identify your ideal customer, find your ideal customer and engage with your ideal customer.
Scott can quote every line from Major League and likes to tailgate at his daughters’ dance recitals. He and his wife, Jill, have been married for 16 years and live in Destrehan. Jill is from Louisiana and introduced Scott to Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest and mirlitons. Scott is from Texas and introduced Jill to Pat Green music, hand-made margaritas and two-stepping.

She is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and measurable results, all while keeping her clients’ goals at the forefront. Helping people live their dreams through growing their businesses is Kris’s long-held passion and professional goal.
Lover of all things pink, Kris geeks out over colorful office supplies, great books, meticulously organized closets, well-written ad copy & MarTech. She is living her dream of working with a talented & innovative team of marketers who share her passion for excellence.
In her leisure time, Kris can be found at the gym, church, reading, traveling, attending live theatre, concerts, or singing along to Credence Clearwater Revival & Fleetwood Mac. Kris treasures time with her husband, adult son & 2 chihuahuas, Cutie & Momo.

Lacey brings nearly two decades of experience in corporate communications and executive marketing roles. She is energized by managing real-time news cycles and disruptions in the business environment. Vision-obsessed and design-savvy, Lacey takes a thought-provoking approach to strategizing and runs multiple variables before manifesting them into reality.
Through award-winning initiatives, Lacey has built a solid reputation in the financial industry. Among her accomplishments, Lacey has earned her Credit Union Certified Marketing Executive Designation and was named a Credit Union Rock Star in 2016 by the national association.
When she’s not deep diving into work, Lacey enjoys live music, fashion, and traveling to different baseball stadiums with her husband David. These days, her reality is running after her two spicy daughters, Charlotte and Camille, while hiding daily amazon deliveries from her better half.

Lynley Norton is the driving force behind measuring our success. With a Master of Mass Communication and a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Communication from LSU’s prestigious Manship School, Lynley brings a wealth of experience across various communication settings, from advertising agencies to governmental organizations. Her knack for storytelling is unparalleled as she single-handedly spearheaded a communications campaign for a Baton Rouge initiative that gained recognition in prestigious business publications.
At 3131 Media, Lynley ensures that every project is aligned with our client’s objectives. She recognizes trends and metrics to uncover better opportunities for their success, making her an invaluable part of every client’s journey.
When she’s not working her communications magic, Lynley is probably spending quality time with her fiancé, Alex, or doting on her German Short-Haired Pointer, Maple. A person of many talents, she’s also passionate about piano, singing, acting, crafting, and staying super organized (#goals).
